  • Do I need to make an account to place an order? 

Creating an account is optional. You can shop at Hina Mohamed either by creating an account or checkout as a guest user. If you sign up, customers will be able to choose their own password and login to their account directly through their website, where they'll be able to view their order history and see the current order statuses for any purchases they've made. With customer accounts, customers will also see their address autofill during the checkout, making the order process quick and easy. 

  • When will I receive my order?

Delivery time is 8-12 working days for ready to wear items and approximately 4 weeks for made to order items.

Delivery times for individual items are mentioned against each product.

  • How much does delivery cost?

Shipping charges for orders within Pakistan are charged at Rs.350/- .

International delivery charges depend on the delivery location and will be added to the total price accordingly. For orders delivered outside of Pakistan, there maybe additional import duties or taxes applied by customs or other authorities of that country that you will have to bear. For more information on these import duties or taxes, please contact your local tax or customs authorities.

The exact delivery charge will be added at check out according to the location address.

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

Orders are carefully managed by our management and courier team and are usually shipped within the lead time provided against each item. However, in the case of the item not reaching you in time, we advise you to contact us on +92309 2961761 or info.hinamohamed@gmail.com with your full name and order number. We will provide you with the tracking information or the reason why item may have not reached you.

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Once an order is placed, changes to the order cannot be made . You may contact us on +92309 2961761 or info.hinamohamed@gmail.com for any requirements that you may have and we will provide you with the best suggestion. However, we do not guarantee that your requirements are met.

  • How do I make sure I order the right size?

All items displayed on the website have an individual size chart which is accurate and true to size. However, the items are all handmade and sometimes there can be a slight variation or error in the size chart.

Our ready to wear items are made to standard sizes. Orders can be placed for made to order items for which custom size can be provided.

  • How do I make payment? 

Currently we are offering the following manual payment methods :
